Tennis TAYLOR, 55, Dies In Richland Hospital. Tennis TAYLOR, 55, of 434 Springmill St., died at Richland Hospital last night after a short illness.
He was born in Pocahontas County, W. Va., Oct. 25, 1800 (sic), and came to Mansfield 43 years ago. He was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Fraternal Order of Owls.
Surviving are his father, George TAYLOR, with whom he lived; two brothers, Forrest and Ernest, both in Florida; and a sister, Mrs. Hattie E. LOCKRIDGE, Mansfield.
Funeral services will be held at the Geiger-Herlihy Funeral Home at 3 p. m. Friday in charge of his pastor, Dr. Paul L. CARTER. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home starting at noon tomorrow.
